A nice apartment near UCF that is within walking distance of campus is more than a preference for those of us who don't have reliable transportation; it's a need. Without the privilege of a car or even some kind of motorized bike, there is no guarantee that you would get to campus in time unless you can walk or bike there yourself. Of course, finding a place close to campus can be a bit tricky when you're on a tight budget.

But don't have to lose hope! With just a little bit of digging, you can find any UCF apartment that fits whatever needs you may have. There are plenty of student apartments near UCF campus that won't break the bank. A few examples include:

Northgate Lakes – Located less than a mile from campus, this UCF apartment won't leave your wallet coughing. Ranging from $769 to $855 per resident, this complex has a variety of three- and four-bedroom floor plans to choose from. Orlando's suburbs are full of different options for apartments near the University of Central Florida. There are a couple of neighborhoods that are just fifteen minutes from the main campus. Apartments in surrounding areas may be a bit more budget friendly than the brand-new apartments closer to UCF, but those new spaces make up for it by having everything you need right in your backyard. And if distance is the primary issue for you, just remember that there are plenty of UCF apartments that are on the shuttle route, where buses come every few minutes.
